How to request, use and pay for One Search
Get a tailored one-off data report.
Use the form on the right to place a request for One Search. You will need to select the database you wish to access, select your search criteria and tell us about your search objectives (e.g. “I need royalty rates for coffee trademark agreements”).
Within hours, you will receive a detailed list of reports from our search, at no cost. Simply review the agreements to ensure that they are relevant in terms of object and other comparability factors.
If you are happy with the results of our search, you can then choose to pay for and download the data. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. The standard pricing is €800 for royalty rates reports, €800 for service fees reports and €900 for loan interest rates reports. Our optional search strategy write-ups cost €200.

What data does One Search provide?
When you use our One Search service, you will receive royalty rates, service fees or loan interest rates reports that relate to your search strategy, which you described at the request stage. These reports can be used for a number of purposes, such as tax, transfer pricing, valuation, legal, Patent Box, purchase price allocation and benchmarking. Each report includes details of up to 50 comparability factors, links to original sources, and full texts of original agreements and filings. If you would like to receive only certain reports, please let us know and we can deliver a personalized report.
