What data does One Search provide?
With our One Search service, you will receive royalty rate, service fee or loan interest rate reports that relate to your search strategy, which you described at the request stage.
Each report includes details of up to 50 comparability factors, links to original sources, and full texts of original agreements and filings. If you would like to receive only certain reports, please let us know and we can deliver a personalized report.

How to request, use and pay for One Search
Use the form to place a request for One Search. You will need to select the database you wish to access, specify your search criteria, and inform us about your search objectives (e.g., “I require royalty rates for coffee trademark agreements”).
Within hours, you will receive a detailed list of reports from our search, at no cost. Simply review the agreements to ensure that they are relevant in terms of object and other comparability factors.
If you are happy with the results of our search, you can then choose to pay for and download the data. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
The standard pricing is €800 for royalty rates reports, €800 for service fees reports and €900 for loan interest rates reports. Our optional search strategy write-ups cost €200.
We will send you the fully disclosed reports and original agreements immediately after you make your payment.
