Our director Kris Rudzika participated in TP Minds West Coast conference in Silicon Valey. It’s an event aimed at Transfer Pricing professionals from across the west coast and beyond. Its mission is to encourage the culture of sharing insights and best practice advice on TP challenges affecting the region.

This year’s agenda included discussions about the digital economy, controversy, and dispute resolution, value chain analysis, APAs and comparability challenges. Of course, this year as the year before, one of the most prominent themes was US tax reform. With the particular focus on BEAT and GILTI experts discussed the inbound and outbound impact of the reform on the multinational enterprises.
